To create a brand, a name was needed. Thinking of the properties and characteristics of this device, the name, Gyralign, was chosen. It is a combination of the word “gyro” and “align.” “Gyro” for gyroscope, the gyroscopic effect this device uses, and “align” for the self-balancing property of it.

A logo was also designed to go with the name. After a few revisions, the finalized logo was a combination of the gimbals and a cup. A two-color color scheme prevents the eye from getting distracted by too many colors. A dark-gray was chosen to stand out against white, and the blue symbolizes stability.

The next step was to design the packaging.
